When I\u2019m stressed and my mind is incessantly chattering, I stare out of the window during the day. I look up at the blue sky and see clouds of varying shapes and sizes. Clouds just slowly floating by in a sea of blue. It could be the most stressful day of my life or something tragic has happened or a new baby was born. The clouds just float. They just change shape and color regardless of what\u2019s happening to anything or anyone on this Earth. They don\u2019t think about anything or judge anything because there\u2019s nothing there. Everything about the clouds is what they are. Everything is neutral about the clouds. There is peace within the clouds. There\u2019s so many clouds floating in the earth\u2019s atmosphere at one time, it is hard to label them into anything. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Watching the clouds floating makes me ask myself \u201cWhy isn\u2019t my life just like the floating clouds? What is so stressful and important right now in the grand scheme of things?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
